Saturday morning sessions include both tranquillity and reflective meditation, and are ideal for anyone interested in learning about meditation and the Buddhist path. We start with two fifteen minute sessions of calm-abiding meditation. Full instructions are given for those new to the practice. There is then a short talk about Buddhism, with a few minutes for reflection. Refreshments are available afterwards. All are welcome.
