We will be hosting a day of meditation on Gonkar (White Mahakala), at the Sakya Buddhist Centre, Bristol on Sunday 6th December.
Gonkar is the wealth and protection bestowing emanation of Chenrezik.
This will be a day of practice of “The Cycle of Gonpo Yhizin Norbu”, composed by Sangye Puntsok (1649-1705) the 25th abbot of Ngor E-wam Choden.
There will be four 1 hour sessions:
The first will be a guided meditation, in which some instruction on how to do the practice will be given. Open to those who have taken refuge and received the relevant initiation and reading transmission for the sadhana. Copies of the sadhana are available from the centre and cost £10 each.
Facility fee: £2.50 per session.
Please bring lunch to share.
