| Description |
4th, 11th, 18th and 25th March 2026. 7.30pm-8.30pm.On four Wednesday evenings in March, Rachel and Miranda will continue to guide us through a recently published commentary on the ‘Seven Points of Mind Training’ by Karma Thinley Rinpoche (pictured) entitled ‘Dispelling the Darkness of Suffering’. This text provides practical and earthy instructions to deal with everyday challenging situations through a cycle of pithy direct teachings to transform the mind. Rinpoche illuminates how spiritual realisation is not achievable without the inner transformation that widens our view from our own happiness to focusing instead on the happiness of others. Each session will involve sitting meditation, listening to a section of the teaching, time for reflection, and questions. Suggested donation £5 per session or whatever you feel able to offer. Donate at the Centre or online at www.sakyabristol.org/donations. This session will be available in person and online – please contact us for the Zoom link.
