A Day of Study, Reflection and Meditation

We are delighted that Paul Rogers will return to North Devon to lead another day of study and meditation. Paul is a long standing student of Lama Jampa Thaye and coordinator of our Exeter Buddhist Group, Sakya Namgyal Ling.

Paul will be taking us through a commentary on “Parting from the Four Attachments” a renowned mind training text from the Tibetan Sakya tradition that condenses the essential teachings of the Buddha into four lines. The study and practice of this text is founded on a comprehensive and powerful system of contemplative meditations.

The day will be divided into four one hour sessions:
10.30-11.30am, 12.00-13.00pm, 2.00-3.00pm, 3.30-4.30pm
Each session will involve sitting meditation, listening to a section of the teaching, and time for reflection and questions. The day will be ideal for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the Buddhist path.

Please arrive by 10.15am for a 10.30am start
Refreshments will be provided but please bring some lunch (to share if you wish)

Facility Fee: £15 for the day
