Description

In the busyness of life, it can be easy to let time pass by like the rushing of a waterfall. In this talk, practising Buddhist, Rachel Deeming, will describe why human life is precious and how to reflect on this so we can make the most of each moment we have. There will also be time for meditation on the topic and questions too.

This event is presented by Sakya Buddhist Centre Bristol, established in 1977 and now based in St Andrews. Rachel has been a Buddhist and student of its spiritual director, Lama Jampa Thaye, for over 20 years.

This event is part of the Life, Death (and the rest) 2020 festival at Arnos Vale.
