Tibetan New Year (Losar) celebration

On Saturday 1 March we’ll be celebrating the start of the Tibetan Year of the Wood Snake by saying prayers to wish for happiness and good fortune for all beings and to share some food too.

Timings:

6.00pm arrive in good time for prayers and to bring any food or drink
6.15pm Recitation of the ‘King of Aspirations’ and ‘Door of Happiness’ prayers (in English)
7.00pm Shared meal

All are very welcome to come to the prayers, the meal, or both. If bringing food, please ensure this is already prepared – thank you.

Wishing you Losar Tashi Delek!
