LOSAR or Tibetan New Year falls on Tuesday 21st February 2023. To mark the New Year at Bristol Sakya Centre we will be celebrating this on Sunday 19th February by reciting the short Door of Happiness Prayer in the shrine room at 11.45am immediately after the Chenrezik puja. Refreshments – coffee, tea, cake and snacks – will then be available to all who attend. Everyone is welcome. This year will be the year of the water rabbit. The sign of Rabbit is a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity so this is an opportunity to invite these positive factors into all of our lives for the coming year.
