 Start the Tibetan New Year of the Metal Rat with a Day of Meditation and Reflection!                                                        

Sunday 1st March      10am – 4.30pm

The Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind to Dharma

Four sessions of Meditation & Contemplation

10.00am   Precious Human Birth
11.30am    Impermanence & Death
 2.00pm     Karma
 3.30pm    The Sufferings of Worldly Life
Each session comprises some calm-abiding meditation, a short talk on the topic and a brief reflection to finish
You can drop in for one or more sessions or come for the whole day
(Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time)
£20 for the day / £6 per session (Concessions: £15 / £4)
