| Description |
As part of Lama Jampa’s visit this month, we are delighted to announce that there will be an additional event on Sunday morning, after the usual Sunday prayers and meditation. From 11.45am – 12.30pm, there will be a rare opportunity to ask questions on key aspects of Buddhist practice, study and daily life and receive insightful answers from a contemporary meditation master and scholar. This session is ideal for anyone new to Buddhism who has either recently taken Refuge, or anyone who has some experience of Buddhist practice and study and would like to deepen this further. The event is free – donations are welcome – and is open to all with a sincere interest in and some experience of Buddhism. Children aged 12 and over welcome where accompanied by an adult. We’ll host the Q&A in the Centre’s shrine room, with most seating on cushions, however there will be some chairs available too. Please arrive around 11.30am for a 11.45am start.
