Description
How to transform everyday life into the path to enlightenment – open to all

Last summer in France, Lama Jampa taught Karma Thinley Rinpoche’s commentary on the famous Seven Points of Mind Training teaching by Geshe Chekawa. Rinpoche brilliantly illuminates these instructions, enabling us to apply them to whatever life situations we encounter.

These four weekly study sessions are ideal for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Buddhism and will combine study with practice, specifically focusing on the special ‘sending and taking’ (tong-len) practice that is at the core of the Mind Training approach.  There will be time at the end for questions.

The sessions will be on Wednesdays 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th March 2025. This is part two but there is no need to have attended part one as there will be a recap during the first week.

Suggested donation £5 per session or whatever you feel able to offer. Donate at the Centre or online at www.sakyabristol.org/donations

Instructors: Rachel Deeming and Miranda Moore

This session will be available in person and online – please contact us for the Zoom link. Contact: Rachel Deeming or Miranda Moore
